Happy Birthday Nurture Chiropractic

Nurture Chiropractic continues to share the benefits of Chiropractic with the local Tweed Heads, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers communities. For some locals they are experiencing Chiropractic for the first time. Others are experiencing a different technique having been looked after previously by another chiropractor. Regardless of the technique or chiropractor the profession as a whole is built on assisting the nerve system to be as efficient as possible.

Your brain and nerve system control every single process in your body. Including its ability to heal itself! Chiropractic helps release stressors and interference to the nerve system. A nerve signal, or any electrical signal for that mater, clear of interference is strong. What would happen if you strengthened your brains signal connection to your body through the nerve system? What could this do for yourself or your family?

The purpose of Nurture Chiropractic is to provide chiropractic care to individuals and families using gentle techniques. Strengthening each brain-body connection that enhances their natural innate ability to heal and thrive. Happy and healthy individuals, create happy and healthy families and happier and healthier communities.

Refer someone you care about so they can experience the benefits of chiropractic for themselves. Chiropractic is what we do we are here to help.

Chronic Back Pain? Help is at Hand

As part of Spinal Health Week 2017, local chiropractors at Nurture Chiropractic are raising awareness of chronic back pain and encouraging Australians to seek help.

Spinal Health Week runs from 22 to 28 May and this year we are encouraging people to seek help for chronic back problems.

Chronic back pain is a national issue. One in six Australians suffer from the physical and psychological effects of chronic back problems – that’s an estimated 3.7 million people suffering. The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare defines chronic back pain as a health condition that lasts for three months or longer.

If you or anyone you know is affected by chronic back pain, the good news is that you don’t need to suffer in silence. You can visit us to find out how chiropractic care can help.

At Nurture Chiropractic, we are encouraging our patients and the Tweed Heads-Northern Rivers community to think about chronic back pain and take steps to improve spinal health.

In addition to chiropractic care, simple measures such as incorporating walking into your daily routine can improve chronic back pain symptoms. Walking keeps the spine active and mobile. Improving posture can also help to relieve strain on the spine and improve circulation.

During Spinal Health Week, make an appointment at Nurture Chiropractic and speak to us about chronic back pain treatment and preventative measures. You can also visit to find out more about chronic back pain and chiropractic care.

In May the team at Nurture Chiropractic will be putting every Mother and the person who referred them to Nurture Chiropractic into the draw to win a 1 hour massage to the value of $89 each with Earth Therapies.  See conditions* above under the Nurturing Mothers in May promotion in this newsletter.

Contact Nurture Chiropractic on 0411 228 114 to book an appointment today.
